Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant engineering discipline
Working Days: Saturday and Sunday are working days; weekly offs will be on weekdays

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate day-to-day project activities at the site. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of experience in site supervision, execution, coordination, and monitoring of project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and other project team members.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Coordinate with the project manager and report daily progress, delays, and site concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in project site supervision or site engineering.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or any other relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in laboratory construction Preferred
• Good understanding of site execution, project coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekly offs on weekdays.
• Ability to work at the project site in Taloja MIDC.
