Project Scheduler

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and circulation of Project Schedule as per Project timelines.
• Creation of scheduling for engineering (excel), procurement (SAP), manufacturing (BIPO) and shipment (email) for Factory and E1 sales. Release of Purchase list.
• Parking all Finished goods to FG.
• Co-ordination of Inspection / FAT and in-house commissioning for Factory.
• Planning and monitoring shipping plan as per Project Schedule.
• Monitoring and controlling of all critical Bought outs as per Project Schedule. plan.
• Review with ED for sequential alignment of releasing of TP's as per Project plan.
• Utilization of old/ageing items after discussion with all concern departments
