A ) Position: Project Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Visit active and under- construction project sites, waterproofing applicators to find new sales opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and applicators.

Technical Support: Conduct site inspections, offer basic technical advice, and arrange product sampling or demonstrations.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals by converting leads and securing product listings (BOQ additions).

Dealer & Channel Network: Manage local hardware or paint dealers and expand the distribution network.

Qualification & Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a Business/Management field (BBA/MBA)

Experience: Min 3 to 4 years of fields sales or project sale experience, in construction chemicals, paints, or building materials.

Skills: Strong communication, local language fluency, basic negotiation skills and comfort with field travel.

Travel requirements: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid license in typically mandatory for daily local site visits.

B) Specification Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Specification & Approvals: Secure product and system inclusions in architectural drawings, project specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Influencer Engagement: Build networks with architects, structural engineers, project management consultants (PMCs) and contractors.

Technical advisory: Provide expert guidance on waterproofing solutions (e.g., liquid membranes Acrylic/Polyurea, crystalline, HDPE/TPO/PVC sheets), PU insulation, Grouting system and review compliance with building codes and standards.

Sales support: Coordinate with sales teams to transition early-stage project designs and technical approvals into profitable business conversions.

Site support and quality: Conduct site visits, assess waterproofing performance and troubleshoot application or leakage issues

Requirement & Qualifications

Education: Must be Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or a Business/Management field (BBA/MBA)

Experience: 5 to 10+ years in technical sales business development, or specification management within the construction chemical industry.

Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of waterproofing systems, protective coatings and relevant industry standards (e.g., IS codes or international equivalents).

Soft Skills: Strong communication, networking, presentation and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
