POSITION TITLE: Project Sales Manager

DIVISION / DEPARTMENT: PSPS

AREA: Pune

POSITION SUMMARY - Brief overview of job purpose. (Why does the job exist? What is the main function or overall purpose of the job? What are the key goals?)

1) Follow-up and management of prospective of top builders, clients and fabricators.
2) Client engagement and product promotion.
3) Presenting products to top builders and government clients, with in-depth technical knowledge of the product.
4) Coordinating with accounts, factory production, the sales coordination team, and clients to ensure timely material supply as per schedule.
5) Planning and implementing effective business strategies and concepts.
6) Must possess strong communication skills and a high level of energy.


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

___ Bachelor's Degree.
___MBA / B.E. Civil/ B.E. Mechanical is more preferable


EXPERIENCE:
8 - 12 years of experience in the building materials industry, working with builders, influencers, Engineers and purchase managers for Commercial & government projects, as well as establishing connections with architects. Also experienced in the handling of the technical knowledge of the product.
