Project Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, real estate companies, project contractors, architects, consultants, and civil engineers.
• Promote construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, epoxy products, concrete admixtures, grouts, and related products.
• Generate project leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
• Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects and identify product requirements at different project stages.
• Arrange product presentations, technical meetings, demonstrations, and trials in coordination with the technical team.
• Coordinate with project consultants and other stakeholders for product approvals, specifications, and inclusion in project BOQs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on orders, and close project sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, dispatches, payment follow-ups, and customer support.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain project pipelines, sales forecasts, customer databases, and regular sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
