1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Project Sales Executive to develop and expand project-based sales across Surat and surrounding markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new construction projects, building relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and purchase teams, and converting project opportunities into business.

The role requires strong market knowledge, networking capabilities, project pipeline management, and the ability to achieve sales targets in the building materials and construction chemicals industry.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Project Sales & Business Development

• Identify ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Surat and nearby locations.
• Generate project enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Develop relationships with builders, real estate developers, architects, consultants, civil engineers, contractors, and purchase managers.
• Promote company products and solutions through project meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
