Project Sales Engineer/ Manager

• Generate enquiries and sales opportunities for fire fighting and fire protection systems.
• Understand project requirements, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for fire fighting projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and end customers.
• Promote products and systems such as fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarm systems, hose reels, valves and fire suppression systems.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and technical discussions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and project execution teams.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Track project pipelines, sales targets and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant NFPA, IS and local fire-safety standards.

Required Skills

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety or related engineering field.
• Experience in fire fighting systems / MEP / HVAC / EPC project sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of fire protection equipment and systems.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
