JobDescription:

1. Achieve Business Volumes - Achieve business sales as per plan.

2. Working CapitalManagement - Regular follow-up with the customer for the payment. - Control stocksand discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability - Timely submissionof all the bills and documents required for the payment processing

3. ChannelManagement - Improve B2B Handling capabilities of wholesale dealers. -Appointment of New Channel Partners and managing existing channel partnerseffectively and efficiently. - Extract more business as per the business objectives.

4.Key Account Management- - Manage and strengthen key accounts and drive businessgrowth.

5. Process Management- - Improve relationship with customers and increaseenquiry base. - Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of thesame as required for reporting and audits.

6. Organizational Imperatives - TeamDevelopment: Fostering the growth and development of team members andsubordinates. - Formulating plans and track metrics for key business processes underEnterprise Risk Management - Achieving Operational Excellence through TPM,Kaizen, 5S, TOC, GreenCo and CII Business Excellence - Understanding andensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Degree in Engineering/ Graduate in any discipline

Preferred:

Degree in Engineering or Graduate in any discipline +MBA in Marketing

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

4 years of relevant experience in degree in engineering or 6 years of work experiencein graduate in any discipline.
