About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage QA/QC activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10–15 years in project quality management, PMC, or senior site supervision in commercial interiors or large-scale construction.
Demonstrated experience developing Method Statements, QC checklists, ITPs, and NCR registers on large, multi-trade projects.
Deep technical knowledge across all interior trades — civil, MEP, drywalling, flooring, ceiling, joinery, glazing, furniture, and finishing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and verify execution conformance on site.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. PMP or NICMAR is an advantage. KEY SKILLS:
