We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Data Program Consultant

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple parallel data streams, manage senior client stakeholders, and forecast incoming staffing demand. We need a professional capable of embedded, consultative client engagement. A critical objective for this role will be building strong client trust, thereby enabling to systematically route new resource demand away from competitors and toward NTT DATA.

Technical Competencies

• AI/ML Fundamentals – Understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment), and common AI frameworks
• Data Literacy – Ability to understand data pipelines, data quality requirements, and data governance principles
• Technical Architecture Awareness – Understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, and scalability considerations
  
  

Delivery & Execution Competencies

• Iterative Planning & Experimentation Mindset – Ability to manage uncertainty inherent in AI projects (e.g., model performance is not guaranteed)
• Stakeholder Management – Translating complex technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
• Risk & Dependency Management – Identifying AI-specific risks (data availability, model drift, ethical concerns, regulatory compliance)

• Cross-functional Collaboration – Bridging data science, engineering, product, and business teams
  
  

Governance & Compliance

• AI Regulatory Awareness – Understanding of frameworks like the EU AI Act, GDPR implications for AI, and industry-specific regulations
• Model Governance – Familiarity with model validation, explainability requirements, and audit trails
