Job Requirements

• B.E. Civil with at least 6 to 8 years of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary tasks associated are completed
• Ensure accurate control of documentation
• Co-ordination with all stakeholders
• Conducting weekly meetings

Skills

• Knowledge of construction sequencing and planning
• Exposure to MSP and Primavera
• Knowledge on Materials and Man Power planning with coefficients
• Over all Construction planning experience with all types of contractors, high raised buildings
• Project scheduling, tracking, monitoring, reporting in MIS
• Delay analysis, risk management, catch up plan, recovery plan, cash flows
