About this role
We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer with experience in high-end residential and luxury construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction contracts, work orders, claims, variations, EOTs, LDs and contractor compliance.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, timelines and recovery plans.
- Track project progress, delays, risks, resources and key activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, PMC, procurement, finance and site teams.
- Prepare project MIS, progress reports, milestone trackers, delay reports and risk registers.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and MS Excel.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
