About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- BE / M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Project Planning & Control for high-rise residential buildings
- Strong background in MIVAN construction & fast-track building methodologies
Qualifications:
- Project Scheduling: Develop & manage detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Resource Planning & Productivity Tracking: Optimize manpower, materials & equipment allocation
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Generate dashboards, S-curves, and progress reports for clients & management
- Risk & Delay Analysis: Conduct EOT (Extension of Time) analysis, identify delays, and propose recovery plans
- Earned Value Management (EVM): Track cost, schedule variances & forecasting for timely interventions
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, QS, Site Teams & Contractors
- Contract & Claims Management: Support contractual compliance, claims & extension submissions.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel & Power BI
- Expertise in MIVAN shuttering methodology & high-rise construction sequencing
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects in fast-track execution environments
- Excellent stakeholder coordination & problem-solving skills
