Project Partner

• Provide production and application-level SQL database support .
• Write, execute, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries .
• Work extensively with Tables, Views, and Stored Procedure.
• Investigate data-related issues and identify root causes.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Monitor database-related incidents and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Analyze queries and recommend improvements.
• Support application teams with database-related issues and data requests.
• Create and maintain SQL scripts for operational and support activities.
• Document incidents, resolutions, procedures, and recurring issues.
• Coordinate with development and DBA teams for complex database problems.

• 3+ years of experience in SQL/database support.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including:
  • Tables
  • Views
  • SQL Queries
  • Stored Procedure and Function
• Experience in Production support for L1 and L2 tiers involves monitoring and triaging incoming users or automated alerts, resolving incidents and technical troubleshooting.
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good understanding of database relationships and data types.
• Experience troubleshooting SQL query and data issues.
• Knowledge of database performance and query optimization basics.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a production support environment and handle priority incidents.

• Experience with SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL .
• Knowledge of Azure, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks
• Knowledge of stored procedures, functions, indexes, and triggers.
• Basic understanding of database backup and recovery concepts.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of ITIL and incident/problem management processes.
