Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Manage facility management and site administration across projects
• Coordinate operational support services for OM and EPC project teams
• Oversee site offices, logistics, and administrative workflows
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage vendor and service contracts for operational support
• Track and report operational metrics and support service levels

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech (Civil) / MBA
• 7-10 years of experience in operations, administration, or facility management
• Experience supporting infrastructure or construction project operations
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Exposure to multi-site infrastructure operations
• Familiarity with ERP-based operations and asset tracking
