Project Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish.
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  
• Ensure site management, including site execution and transportation (trucks) coordination.
  
• Oversee team handling and teamwork for successful project delivery.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Handling the troubleshoot handling, Compliance & Labor law police .
  

Maintain and update daily attendance, production, and dispatch data in Excel - Prepare MIS reports, charts, and dashboards for management  - Collect data from site teams and ensure accuracy in records - Handle data entry, filing, and documentation work - Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Site in charge for report compilation - Generate monthly/weekly reports for management review
