FACTORY BUILDING PROJECTS

Excellent Career Opportunity exist for Graduate /Diploma Civil Engineers having 15 - 20 years work experience in execution of Factory Building Projects of a large magnitude. .

Duties and Responsibility :

To understand thoroughly and implement all technical aspects of the Projects To deal with Govt Authority / Clients Engineers / Consultants in day to day execution activity and briefing the same to GM/ Directors .

Planning , Monitoring and Reporting on day to day progress of execution activities . Proper distribution of works to Officers / Engineers .

Sourcing , Developing and coordinating Labour Contractors as per requirement .

Quantity Survey , Submission of Clients and Contractors Bills as per set Schedules .

EXPERIENCE IN EXECUTION OF FACTORY BUILDINGS WITH CONTRACTING COMPANIES IS DESIRABLE .
