The platform offers: - Digital inventory and warehouse management - IoT-based monitoring of cold storages and warehouses (temperature, power, humidity, equipment health, and real-time alerts) - Digital billing and payment management - Agricultural marketplace with live market prices - AI/ML-powered demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and crop intelligence - Analytics and decision-support tools for all stakeholders Our mission is to modernize post-harvest agriculture by combining software, IoT, and artificial intelligence into one scalable platform. --- Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Annsetu's software, IoT, and analytics projects. This is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, design, business, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with farmers, cold storage operators, warehouse owners, vendors, and implementation partners to gather requirements and support successful deployments. --- Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously. - Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, UI/UX designers, IoT engineers, QA engineers, and business teams. - Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, reports, and implementation plans. - Monitor quality standards and ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements. - Coordinate implementation activities with farmers, cold storages, warehouses, and vendor partners. - Improve project management processes and recommend operational efficiencies. - Maintain regular status updates for leadership and stakeholders. - Support product launches and feature rollouts from planning through deployment. --- Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and best practices. - Experience managing software, SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven projects. - Excellent planning, scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid development environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project. --- Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with Software Devlopment, IoT deployments, hardware integration, or industrial automation projects. - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. - Experience coordinating remote teams. - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus. --- What We Offer - Opportunity to build technology that creates real impact in India's agricultural ecosystem. - Work with cutting-edge technologies including AI, IoT, cloud computing, and analytics. - Collaborative startup environment with significant ownership and growth opportunities. - Exposure to product development from concept to large-scale deployment. - Flexible remote work environment.
