Role - Project Manager ( BFSI experience is mandatory)

Location - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects or concurrent workstreams.
• Proven experience in Project Management with mandatory exposure to the Banking, Financial Services /Capital Market domain.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and implementation readiness activities.
• Support Agile and traditional delivery models, including facilitating Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
• Prepare and present project updates, financial reports, and executive-level presentations

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Delivery Management in BFSI projects or organizations.
• Strong expertise in Project Governance, Project Planning & Scheduling, Financial Management & Budget Tracking, Risk & Issue Management, Change Control Management, Status Reporting & Stakeholder Management, Implementation Readiness
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consulting mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred certifications:
• PMP
• PMI-ACP
• CSM
• CSP
• CFA or FRM certification will be an added advantage.
