Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of AAI/airport civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with AAI officials, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource planning, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Review and certify measurements, billing, BOQs, DPRs, and execution records.
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Handle client correspondence, site meetings, inspections, and statutory compliance.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones within time and budget.
• Lead site teams and ensure timely completion of works.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure, airport, highways, or government projects.
• Prior experience with AAI, NHAI, CPWD, Railways, Metro, Defence, or similar public-sector projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, billing, estimation, planning, and quality control.
• Proficient in , AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
