Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Execute new store projects from planning to handover while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, work orders, and manage procurement-related activities.
• Ensure timely completion of store renovations, repairs, maintenance activities, and closures.
• Monitor site progress, resolve execution challenges, close snags, and certify vendor bills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5-6 years in retail projects, construction management, store fit-outs, or project execution.
• Education: B.E. Civil/Electrical or B.Arch, preferably with Construction Management or MBA.
• Preferred Background: Experience with leading retail/apparel brands or
• project management firms
