About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Construction to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and site activities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review BOQs, estimates, project schedules, and material requirements.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Manage contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and site management.
• Good leadership, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
