Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Project Manager in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 15 days. You will lead end to end delivery of complex experiential technology projects for government and private clients. You will manage timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
2. Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate with internal creative, technical, and production teams as well as external vendors and clients.
4. Track project performance against budgets and schedules while proactively resolving issues.
5. Facilitate regular status updates and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
6. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company certifications throughout delivery.
7. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in project execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 10 years of project management experience specifically within BPO or technology-driven service environments.
2. Proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
5. Experience working with government or large institutional clients is highly desirable.
6. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment in Gurgaon.
