About this role
Job Overview: Operates as the point of contact for assigned project. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to respective stakeholders/teams
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team and marketing team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
- Track and follow-up on payments
- Report on customer health and feedback
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- 6-8 years of overall experience as Project Manager working with Indian and global customers
Qualification: MBA/PGDM or any other relevant management degree. Includes 2-3 years of experience handling account for large enterprise customers.
