Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential interior operations across Chennai . The role involves managing project execution, client lifecycle management, team leadership, vendor coordination, and ensuring on-time, high-quality project handovers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential interior projects from site kickoff to final handover.
• Ensure timely project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Own client lifecycle management, including customer communication and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with Design, Factory, Procurement, and Execution teams for seamless project delivery.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Ensure quality standards, site safety, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
• Track project timelines using project plans and Gantt charts.

Eligibility Criteria

• BE/B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, Interior Design, or related qualification.
• Minimum 5years of experience in residential interior execution.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, site execution, measurements, fittings, materials, and drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu preferred).
