Execution & Monitoring: Lead teams, assign tasks, manage resources, and track performance against KPIs (e.g., schedule variance).

Risk Management & Control: Identify risks early, handle change requests, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Deployment & Closing: Manage final handover, documentation, and closure activities.
