Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Report to the Installation Manager and analyze drawings to resolve project-related doubts.
• Update site initial conditions and feasibility for project execution with the coordinator.
• Ensure carpenters/installers wear uniforms, ID cards, and adhere to office timings.
• Verify material availability at sites before assigning carpenters.
• Regularly monitor installations and update coordinators until project completion.
• Maintain attendance and manage absenteeism.
• Develop a good rapport with customers and update work status to both coordinators and customers.
• Ensure unused materials are returned to the warehouse after project completion and update reports to the coordinator and warehouse in charge.

Job Requirements :

• Thorough knowledge of modular products and accessories is required.
• Possess good communication skills, the ability to handle multi-functional activities under pressure, and the capacity to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to forecast market trends and align with business strategies to meet market needs.
• Work 6 days per week.
• Skills in Project Management, Site Inspections, and Site Engineering are essential.
