Role: Project Manager Banking Implementations
Location: HSR Layout Bangalore

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage Fusion Essence and internal product implementations such as TestNova across customer engagements.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, from planning through go-live and handover.
- Own project plans, scope, timelines, risks, governance, reporting and customer communication.
- Coordinate internal delivery teams, customer stakeholders and partner teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes and effective issue resolution.
What we are looking for
- 6–20 years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Proven experience managing software implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience in banking, financial services or fintech.
- Strong customer-facing communication, planning and team-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and delivery risks.
Good to have
- Experience with core banking, digital banking, lending, payments or regulatory projects.
- Exposure to Fusion Essence or other core banking platforms.
