Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Civil Head to oversee end-to-end construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, cost management, contractor coordination and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction activities from planning to project handover.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
• Supervise civil work, RCC, finishing and site execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Monitor material procurement, manpower and resource utilization.
• Maintain construction quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Review project progress reports and resolve site-related issues.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors and project execution teams.
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and real estate projects.
• Excellent leadership, planning and execution skills.
• Experience in contractor management, budgeting and quality control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project planning tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with proven experience in residential or commercial real estate construction and the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
