Project Manager - Microsoft 365 Migration and Security Deployment

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 workload migration and E3/E5 Security & Compliance deployment projects. This role requires strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Professional, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and customers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Microsoft 365 workload migrations and deployments.
• Lead the implementation of M365 E3/E5 Security & Compliance features.
• Collaborate with technical leads and customer teams for requirement gathering and delivery alignment.
• Handle change requests, risk management, and project governance.
• Provide daily project summaries, status reports, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project Professional.
• Drive communication to ensure expectations are clearly set and consistently met.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, particularly E3/E5 Security & Compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Nice to Have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience working with Microsoft Partner teams or enterprise clients.
