Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Roads & Buildings construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, planning, budgeting, quality control, safety, billing, subcontractor management, client coordination, and timely project delivery in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.

• Plan, organize, and manage the complete execution of road, building, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare project schedules, work programmes, and execution strategies.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contractual conditions.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against project targets.
• Identify project delays and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
