• Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6
  • Execute Critical Path Method (CPM) planning
  • Maintain Gantt charts and timelines for visibility
• Agile & Execution
  • Lead Agile/Scrum planning and sprint execution
  • Track cross-functional dependencies
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Drive iterative progress reviews and backlog prioritization
• Resource & Cost Management
  • Manage resource allocation and levelling across teams
  • Track BOM costs and procurement timelines
  • Resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and vendor coordination
• Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Track inter-team dependencies across aerodynamics, mechanical, electronics, and software
  • Ensure seamless coordination between engineering and operations
• Testing & Campaign Planning
  • Plan and coordinate flight test campaigns and environmental testing (ESS)
  • Align test readiness with certification and compliance requirements
• Cost & Procurement Tracking
  • Monitor BOM cost and budget alignment
  • Identify and resolve procurement bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely delivery
• Reporting & KPIs
  • Track and report KPIs, schedule performance, and resource utilization
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
