Designation: Project Manager

Experience: 8-10 yrs in the engineering industry with 2 yrs in Project Management

Qualification: Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Electronic

Role Description: Responsible for planning, executing, and Closing Projects. Ensuring they are completed on Time and to the required Quality standards. Lead the Project Team, track the bill of services, manage Resources, mitigate Risks, and communicate with Stakeholders. Essentially, they oversee all aspects of a project from Start to Finish.

1. Create a Plan that outlines tasks, timelines and resources within the defined scope, objectives and deliverables of the project.

2. Motivate and guide teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.

3. Maintain effective communication with the team and management to keep everyone informed and aligned.

4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, develop and deploy mitigation strategies, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.

5. Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and successfully finish project closure, sharing performance and lessons learnt.

6. Propose & align organisational resources with the business plan to build & utilise its capacity and capability.

7. Use a compelling data management system, allowing user access to information, prompting them to act & achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.

8. Closing and Evaluation: Project Closure, Post-Project Evaluation & Stakeholder Feedback.
