Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT migration and transformation projects from planning to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and service owners.
• Drive customer readiness, UAT, sign-offs, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and resolve project-related issues and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Service Delivery, Customer Success, or IT Transformation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise migration or transformation programs.
• Strong experience in customer and stakeholder management, including senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience with API, EDI, middleware, or integration projects.
• Good understanding of UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare processes.
