Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage hospital projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation strategies.
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative and support departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, quality standards and timelines.
• Identify project risks, operational challenges and delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain progress reports, MIS and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors and other stakeholders as required.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization and ensure effective use of available resources.
• Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, programs and process improvements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, records and compliance related to project activities.
• Facilitate staff orientation, training and awareness activities related to project implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, achievements, challenges and action plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a eye care hospital only
• Strong knowledge of project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and deadlines effectively.
