Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil project execution from planning to handover.
• Strong experience in contractor & subcontractor management, negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Manage BOQ, estimation, billing, tenders, cost control & material planning.
• Ensure quality, safety, timelines and budget are maintained.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Handle multiple sites/projects and lead civil engineering teams.
