Project Manager

Reports to: General Manager

About the role

Were looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager to lead projects from planning through delivery. Youll coordinate people, timelines, budgets, and communication to keep work on track and ensure outcomes meet business needs.

What youll do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
• Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify issues early and help teams resolve blockers.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate project meetings and document actions and decisions.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.

What were looking for

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Statutory Inspection, Welding, Fabrication, material & NDT
• Familiarity with budget tracking, change management, and reporting.
• Experience to handle PSUs
