Role Overview

• Play the role of Technical Project manager
• Work allocation for the member and the shift
• Monitor and Track activities performed by the team
• Control the team by issue and work based analysis
• Prepare deck for client and present for your module track tower
• As Technical PM Operations Prod Support Standpoint Actively participate in applications production support to understand the issue and guide the team
• Act as the primary contact for business stakeholders coordinating closely with offshore teams
• Facilitate incident problem and change management
• Participate in troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA and resolution of complex application and data issues
• Oversee impact due to production releases monitoring ing and operational readiness
• SLA and compliance adherence and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement mentor support teams and ensure clear communication across operations development and business users

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field

Certification preferred
