Project Manager

Salary Range: 3 LPA - 6.5 LPA

Office Timings: 01.00 PM - 9.30 PM IST

Notice: Immediate (preferred) - 30 days

As a Project Owner, you would collaborate with several stakeholders including Graphic designers, QCs, Client service managers from the Netherlands, and international customers to ensure project quality and timely delivery. The member should have project management knowledge and a willingness to learn about the packing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Register and track project items, tasks, and deliverables.
• Ensure project quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Project Activities

• Support project preparation and initiation activities.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Manage project data and maintain accurate databases.
• Handle project-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
