About this role
Locations (project geography): Pune, Chakan MIDC, Roha MIDC, Khopoli Region & Mumbai
Reporting location: At Site (daily) | Employment: Full-time | Openings: 3
Work week & timing: 6-day working, 9:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m.
Salary: Competitive; variable based on experience and ability

About the role:
Execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings/DBR/BOQ with strong QA/QC and safety discipline for hydrant, sprinkler and fire alarm/detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily/weekly work fronts with Junior Engineers and crews; ensure resource availability.
- Supervise installation (piping, supports, valves, pumps, sprinklers, detectors, panels, cabling).
- Conduct inspections, RFIs/WIRs/MIRs; manage hydro/flushing and FA testing & commissioning.
- Maintain DPRs, JMRs, test reports, challans with client sign-offs; prepare as-built redlines.
- Track site stock & consumption; raise indents; enforce toolbox talks and PPE compliance.
- Periodic coordination with client with respect to execution targets and achieving them
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma/BE (Mech/Electrical), 46 yrs in fire/MEP execution; drawing reading; basic AutoCAD.
- Hands-on with hydro tests, flushing, and basic FA testing; willing to travel/extend hours if needed.
Good-to-Have
- Basic electrical (MCC/pump panel), grooving/threading/HDPE oversight.
