Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced ERP Project Managers to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central implementation and transformation programs.

We welcome professionals with strong ERP project delivery experience from Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP platforms who are interested in building their careers within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
• Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and steering committee reviews.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, testing, and support teams.
• Oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and risk management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Retail, or Operations processes.

Preferred Background:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central
• SAP S/4HANA / ECC
• Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAP Activate, or equivalent certifications
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools
