About this role
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project handling and successful project delivery.
- Experience managing IT development projects and technical teams.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience handling enterprise projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting Scrum calls and managing sprint activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience preparing and delivering client/project demos is preferred.
- Exposure to Java or .NET projects will be an added advantage.
Role
- Manage IT projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to successful delivery.
- Independently handle client calls, meetings, discussions, and escalations.
- Manage project resources, task allocation, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate effectively with development, QA, business, and other internal teams.
- Conduct Scrum calls, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Take ownership of project challenges and drive them toward resolution.
- Handle projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise-level requirements.
- Prepare and deliver demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the HR team whenever required.
- Ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining client expectations and project objectives.
- Handle projects that involve budget challenges, changing requirements, delays, or other delivery risks.
