Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  
• Prepare regular reports on project status, budgets, and performance metrics for clients.
  
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in social work or a related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong skills in client management, report writing, reporting analysis, strategic planning.
