Project Manager

• Leading projects to success: As Project Manager, you'll take total responsibility for the overall success of the IT Park / Commercial /Industrial /Hotel projects-guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients' expectations and meet JLL's commercial objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, leading from the front while also taking the time to understand their point of view.
• Experience in the Industrial sector with Solar cell manufacturing or semiconductor plant experience is a necessary requirement.
• For each project, establish an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place.
• Lead a project team that is highly motivated, eager to contribute, and in sync with the stakeholders' mind-sets. You will also attend project meetings, submit monthly reports, and monitor project budgets; an eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks will serve you well.
• Making clients our first priority: maintain a strong and positive relationship with our clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints; ensure that the project's revenue and payment cycles are properly managed; keep an eye on business opportunities.
• Develop rapport with prospects; survey a client's needs and support the preparation of PM proposals; skilfully developing relationships with other company business lines; clear communication and teamwork are essential.
• Maintaining the JLL legacy: uphold excellence in everything we do and continue our tradition of project success by creating a network of professional consultants who can deliver the required scope; handle contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements; identify project risks and mitigate them; develop project-related reports, analyses and reviews regularly.

Requirements

• Project-smart and technology-savvy: Typically you should have a degree in any property-related discipline, and at least 20 to 25 years' experience in design, construction or project management. You should be technology savvy; as the digital leader in project management, we use a range of technology platforms to deliver our projects. Do you have a deep understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect to planning, commercial aspects, and delivery?
• A natural communicator: This role calls for superior communication skills, as we'll expect you to be able to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives, and decision makers.
