Role & responsibilities

Agile Project Leadership

• Lead Agile project delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlogs.
• Ensure sprint goals are aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Track sprint velocity, burndown metrics, and team performance.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor project health and provide status updates to leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Facilitate decision-making sessions and executive reviews.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Remove impediments impacting sprint commitments and project timelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Promote Agile best practices across project teams.
• Drive process improvements that enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor teams on Agile principles and project management methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• candidate need to work in 2nd shift till 12AM at night.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Release Planning.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• PMP Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial technology environments.
• Familiarity with product development and engineering lifecycle processes.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
