Project Manager

Scope of Role

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover as per client and PMC standards.
• Manage project planning, schedules, manpower, materials, and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, safety, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and certify contractor bills and quantities in coordination with the QS team.
• Ensure statutory compliance, smooth handover, and project closure.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve timely and quality delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1218 years in PMC / large-scale construction projects.
• Must Have: Strong experience in Hospital Projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, client coordination, cost control, billing certification, and statutory compliance.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
