Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour and site teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, costs, material requirements and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues, delays and execution challenges.
• Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
• Maintain proper site documentation, measurements, work records and contractor bills.
• Drive timely completion and handover of the project.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified construction professional with 15+ years of relevant experience in the construction/real estate industry.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to independently manage and oversee site operations.
• Solution-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in managing contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, timelines and cost control.
• Ability to take ownership, drive execution and ensure timely and efficient project completion.
