Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Warehouse Construction to manage and execute warehouse and building construction projects in Punjab.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of warehouse construction, civil works, project planning, site execution, contractor management, quality control and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete warehouse construction projects from planning to final handover.

* Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day project execution and site activities.

* Manage civil, structural, PEB, roofing, flooring, finishing and associated works.

* Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors and project teams.

* Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost and quality parameters.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors and internal departments.

* Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and other project resources.

* Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, work schedules and project requirements.

* Monitor contractor billing, measurements and work progress.

* Ensure compliance with construction quality, safety and statutory requirements.

* Identify project-related issues and ensure timely corrective action.

* Prepare regular project progress reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* 1020 years of relevant experience in building construction and warehouse projects.

* Strong hands-on experience in warehouse / industrial building construction.

* Good knowledge of RCC, structural works, PEB, roofing, flooring and finishing works.

* Strong understanding of project planning, execution, BOQ and billing.

* Proven experience in contractor and manpower management.

* Strong leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.

* Ability to independently handle and drive a project from start to completion.

* Candidates with experience in industrial, logistics, FCI, PEB or large-scale warehouse projects will be preferred.
