Shakti 2047 is a career development and empowerment platform built for Indian women, serving eight distinct life-stage segments — from students about to enter the workforce, through early-career and mid-career professionals, to senior leaders, entrepreneurs and women restarting after a career break.

The platform brings structured learning, a mentor marketplace, communities, events, capability assessments, an AI assistant, a partner ecosystem and a gamified engagement layer together into a single membership product. We serve individual members as well as institutional clients (universities and corporates), and we expose parts of our platform as reusable services to partner products.

About the Role

Own the end-to-end delivery of the Shakti 2047 platform, from requirement to release to live defect closure, and build the release roadmap that carries us from launch to scale.

Rapid immersion is expected:

- Within your first few days: use the Shakti platform end to end as a member would, across at least three of our eight segments — sign up, complete onboarding, take an assessment, book a mentoring session, join a circle, register for an event, make a payment, earn karma points.

- Within your first two weeks: work through the admin and super-admin consoles — partner onboarding, event creation, content publishing, coupon/package configuration, refund handling, and user/role management.

- Within your first month: map the end-to-end workflows across every module and their dependencies, so you can reason about impact before routing a defect to the development partner.

What You Will Own

1. Release and Roadmap Management

Define and run the release calendar. Decide what goes into each release, and what doesn't. Freeze scope, run go/no-go reviews, and maintain release notes and a forward feature timeline.

2. Vendor and Development Partner Management

Run daily and weekly cadences with development and integration partners. Convert vague promises into dated commitments, track delivery against contracted scope, and escalate early.

3. Requirements Custody and Change Control

Own the Business Requirements Document, Statement of Work, Functional Specification and their annexures. Log, impact-assess, and approve or refuse every change request with a written reason.

4. Quality Assurance, Defect Governance and UAT

Maintain the defect register with clear severity classification. Run regression before every release. Own the UAT cycle and sign-off.

5. Integration Coordination (Important)

Coordinate delivery across authentication/SSO, payment gateway and settlement flows, CRM, meeting/video tooling, learning content delivery, and third-party APIs.

6. Internal Demand Intake and Feasibility Assessment

Be the single intake point for institutional commitments (university cohorts, corporate rollouts, custom onboarding). Produce a feasibility read for each request — what it takes to build, what it displaces, and a realistic delivery date.

7. Internal Reporting and Risk

Produce one weekly status report that the CEO, Chairman and Mission Director all read and trust, plus a live risk register with owners and dates.

8. Content and Operations Coordination

Coordinate the editorial and content publishing pipeline, including review gates for AI-assisted content.

What We Need You to Have

Essential:

- 6-10 years in project or delivery management, including at least 3 years owning a consumer-facing web or mobile platform end to end

- Demonstrated experience managing an external development vendor or agency — holding a third-party team to a contract and a timeline

- Ability to write a requirement, not just track one: BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows

- Genuine QA discipline: test case design, defect severity triage, regression planning, UAT management

- Fluency with a project tracking tool (Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or equivalent) and spreadsheet-based registers

- The judgement to run a room containing both a frustrated developer and an impatient executive, and leave it with a decision

Technology Familiarity (no coding required, but comfort with):

- Identity and access: SSO, OAuth-based authentication, role-based access control

- Payments: payment gateway integration, webhooks, commission/split-settlement models, refunds

- Learning content delivery: SCORM packaging, progression tracking, certification logic

- Integration patterns: REST APIs, iFrame embedding, webhooks, API-exposed multi-platform services

- AI-backed features: retrieval-based assistants, LLM fallback behaviour, escalation to human handoff

- CRM and communications: CRM-driven email, messaging and meeting workflows

- Web application fundamentals: responsive delivery, web sockets, media upload/storage, performance

- Multi-tenant SaaS: tenant isolation, role-scoped consoles, super-admin configuration

- Data protection: consent capture and data handling aligned to Indian data protection regulation

Valuable (Good to Have):

- EdTech, LMS or learning content delivery experience

- Multi-tenant or multi-consumer SaaS delivery experience

- Two-sided marketplace experience (supply/demand balance, commission models, payouts)

- Experience with institutional rollouts: bulk provisioning, cohort onboarding, client reporting

- Product analytics and funnel instrumentation

- Comfort with AI-assisted product features and review workflows

- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification (not mandatory)
