Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and successfully deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, track project progress, and proactively resolve risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and key performance indicators.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Resolve project issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within approved budgets.
• Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience managing cross-functional or client-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
